My Water
Drinking water is very important. Our body consists of more than 60 percent of this liquid. Every day we should take in the equivalent of 30 ml of water for every kilogram of body weight: about 20 percent is taken in through the foods we eat; the rest must be taken in by drinking.
Some factors increase the required amount, such as engaging in particularly intense physical activity, living in very hot environments or at high altitudes. MyWater helps you remember to drink water, even suggesting the amount it deems appropriate for you based on certain factors.
